The Embassy of the Republic of South Africa was officially inaugurated on 9 June 1994 by late Minister Alfred Nzo, former Minister of Foreign Affairs.The current Ambassador is H.E. Mr Mandla Harold Hoyana .

Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:30

Friday from 08:00 to 13:00

Consular Section (Visas) open to the public : Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 08:30 to 12:00. Closed Tuesday and Friday.

LIBRARY

The Embassy has books, videos and CD-Roms on South African politics, tourism as well as multilateral issues such as the WSSD ( World Summit for Sustainable Development ). Reference material can be either consulted at the Embassy or borrowed. A detailed list of the references is available at the Embassy.
